Job Summary

A Prime Payroll Analyst is responsible for handling clients Payroll’s and managing the relationships between Veritas Prime and the clients. The Prime Payroll Analyst will be able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders. They will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the Payroll run and support the BPO Payroll Manager in shaping the function to make it scalable and deliver the best service. This will involve but not limited to running Payrolls, FPS RTI and Pensions, we want someone that understands best practice and strives to consistently improve processes.

Nature & Scope

A Prime Payroll Analyst joining a growing function, we are wanting someone with drive to deliver the best and support the function in its growth. Someone that will challenge processes and develop them within a growing function.

We will be wanting someone that can ‘get stuck in’ look at supporting in parallel runs, data migrations and implementations. To deal with customers courteously and efficiently, to work alongside all members of the Payroll team to support and deliver the goals of Veritas Prime. This role will suit someone that strives for accuracy and is good under pressure.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years working on Payrolls, ideally in an outsourced function
  • Strong legislative knowledge of UK and or European Payroll
  • Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our clients, with the vision of supporting our customer for life approach
  • SAP ECP Experience
  • Deep understanding of Payroll and industry-specific business processes
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to present and communicate to senior stakeholders
