Job Summary:
The Prime Information Technology Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing internal IT operations. This role involves supporting and improving existing IT processes, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the organization’s security initiatives. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting IT infrastructure, enabling operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Location:
This position will work from our Yarmouth, ME office. A minimum of three days per week must be worked from the office location.  
 

Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $75,250 - $92,500 depending on experience. 
 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, ensuring accuracy and usability for end-users and IT staff.
• Oversee asset and lifecycle management, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of IT assets.
• Contribute to service delivery improvement initiatives and collaborate with teams to enhance end-user satisfaction.
• Conduct recurring tasks such as platform management, access reviews, permissions management, onboarding and offboarding users, and maintaining license counts.
• Proactively analyze IT trends, recommending actions to address recurring technical issues and improve response processes.
• Prepare and present reports on Help Desk metrics to IT management.
• Collaborate across teams to implement new technologies and processes.
• Triage security incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
   

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience in IT operations.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems including networks, endpoint devices, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
   

Education and Experience:

• Relevant certification(s) such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Secruity+, AWS Certified Cloud Practicioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ISACA CISA, preferred.
• Associates (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer Systems or equivalent.

 
Physical Requirements:

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
