Job Description

 

As a Workforce Software (WFS) Lead Consultant, you will design, implement, and deploy Workforce Software solutions within SuccessFactors projects to solve business process requirements in the Human Resource and Talent space. You will be fully hands-on with leading implementations and support.

 

Location: 
This is a remote position (within the United States), but you can also work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME, Shawnee, KS, or Orlando, FL. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will not have direct reports.

 

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 depending on experience. In some cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Workforce Software, ensuring seamless integration with new / existing SuccessFactors and SAP payroll systems.
  • Conduct strategy sessions with clients by identifying their current process and future state needs.
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of WFS product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of WFS, from functional, technical, and configuration.
  • Mentor consultants and monitor their progress on shadow/learning assignments.
  • Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the WFS team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Assist sales team in estimations, client scoping, demos in support of presales.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and ticket resolution.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in developing and cultivating relationships that support our clients, with the vision of helping our customer-for-life approach.
  • Capacity to manage end-to-end implementation projects, meeting all requirements on time and within budget.
  • Ability to lead consultants, mentor, monitor progress, and manage team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client strategy and progress sessions.
  • Able to participate in sales demos, highlighting SuccessFactors and WFS solutions to prospects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 8+ years configuring Workforce Software
  • 4+ years leading full life-cycle WFS implementations
  • 2+ years of management / mentoring experience
  • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Clear communication and an ability to translate technical concepts
  • Workforce Software Time and Attendance core functional and technical configuration experience required
  • Workforce Software Advanced Scheduler configuration experience required
  • Workforce Software Absence Compliance Tracker experience required
  • Workforce Software Forecasting functional working experience preferred
  • Workforce Software Integration / Reporting Certification a plus
  • SuccessFactors configuration experience a plus, but not required
  • Associate or Professional Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll Certifications, experience a plus, but not required

  • This position requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
