Workforce Optimization (WFO) Prime Resourcing Manager – Consulting Services

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical leader to optimize how our Consulting and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams are staffed and utilized. In this role, you’ll forecast demand, allocate talent, reduce bench time, and ensure our consultants are aligned to the right projects at the right time. You will also lead a global team of resource coordinators, drive process improvement, and support our rapidly growing services organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a global resource coordination team.
• Build and maintain demand, capacity, and utilization forecasts.
• Identify hiring needs, skill gaps, and training requirements.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure accurate system data.
• Monitor utilization, staffing efficiency, and project staffing health.
• Deliver dashboards and KPIs to guide leadership decisions.
• Partner with IT to enhance PSA/ERP tools and automate workflows.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in Resource Management, Workforce Optimization, or Capacity Planning within professional services or consulting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with PSA or ERP resource management systems.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and process-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Preferred: PMP, Change Management, or PSA certifications.

Work Environment

• Office-based role with typical periods of sitting, standing, and computer work.
