HR Business Partner

Provide a wide range of HR leadership, support, and advice with a focus on workforce development and engagement. The HRBP plays a key role in the success of Veritas Prime by offering guidance on professional development, recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leadership. 


  • Act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes
  • Work closely with leadership, business units, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Ability to engage, coach, support, and motivate multiple direct reports to improve performance and identify opportunities for professional development
  • Identify professional development needs for teams and individuals
  • Provide opportunities and guidance that enable the transfer of learning into effective practice for employees
  • Use coaching methods that provide an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and provides constructive feedback on performance.
  • Assess the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees against the competencies and behaviors that apply to their role in order to create individual development plans
  • Provide high-quality advice and service on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Provide HR policy guidance; identify ways to improve policies and procedures; suggest new HR strategies
  • Prepare Contracts, documentation, and Training Materials
  • Evaluate workforce development programs
  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Offer proactive recruiting assistance
  • Prepare termination and severance letters
  • Train and provide support to HR team members; advise and collaborate with other HR team members



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR and/or talent/workforce development
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Employee-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills

Tools & Technology:

  • SuccessFactors HCM (preferred)
  • MS Office suite (required)
  • Project management software (e.g. SmartSheet, MS Project) (preferred)
