Job Description

Veritas Prime is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative [BDR] in the USA. This person will be highly motivated, have a high drive for success, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a prospecting campaign using the Outreach software, including the building and execution of sequences (cold-calling, emailing, LinkedIn) to generate new business in the form of qualified opportunities
  • Conversing with HR professionals at a high level to qualify SAP SuccessFactors opportunities
  • Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects aligned within the account lists of key SAP Account Executives
  • Actively understand potential customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.   Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
  • Understanding strategic HR challenges linked to the corporate goals of our prospective customers and connecting these with SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding key KPIs - completed appointments, qualified opportunities, and pipeline progression
  • Identifying key decision makers within prospective accounts to determine budget and timeline
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting appropriate follow-up in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Work with other client engagement team members to coordinate and execute on overall sales strategies, processes, and relationship development.
  • Work with the client engagement team to set up events that foster interest in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Make outbound calls and emails into senior-level HR and IT decision-makers
  • Speak and write at a high level about SAP SuccessFactors
  • Research potential customers to understand key factors that might impact things such as open rates, responses, and the setting of meetings
  • Engage with SAP Teams to manage and prioritize account lists

 

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree

 

Work Experience

  • 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience required
  • 1+ year(s) of SAP SuccessFactors HXM experience preferred
  • Experience in both prospecting and new business development
  • Experience selling to HR and IT roles preferred
