Job Description
As a SuccessFactors Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the management of complex multi-system Human Experience transformations for strategic clients. Programs will include SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and/or ERP (S/4 HANA) architectures requiring thoughtful leadership and guidance. You will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers and project team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are managed effectively and efficiently.
Location:
This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $185,000 depending on experience. In some rare cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Execution
- Own the creation and maintenance of project assets like Project Plans and Timelines in partnership with project teams to ensure delivery of contracted services within client expectations.
- Partner with Project Managers + Delivery Managers to ensure solution architecture and program cadence align across all facets of the program.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders engaged in the Program. Communicate project status updates, milestones and risks to all stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
- Effectively liaise with third-party partners, vendors and complex client stakeholder groups to effectively align all project members.
- Financial Ownership:
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, tracking project costs, forecasts, and ROI.
- Manage/monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs for all assigned project ensuring project margins are maintained.
- Drive financial profitability and responsible budget usage for your assigned programs.
- Stay abreast of organizational financial management procedures and serve as primary point-of-contact for client budget owners with the applicable reporting.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide executive reports, dashboards, and post-mortem analysis
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in managing complex projects, with a strong background in various project management techniques and practices.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse project team and stakeholders.
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving project issues quickly; adept at risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey project goals and updates clearly.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of aligning project objectives with business goals and making strategic decisions.
- Strong orientation towards customer service and managing relationships with strategic accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project scopes and events.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet preferred
- Experience managing the implementation of HRIS software is required, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred
- Experience managing projects across different geographical locations and navigating multicultural environments is preferred
- PMP and/or CSM certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
