Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Job Description:

As Senior Project/Program Manager, you will manage multi-module SuccessFactors implementations. You will be working closely with Delivery Managers and project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedule and costs are on track. Areas of focus within this role can include managing project plans, monitoring action items, tracking project deliverables, preparing status reports, and facilitating meetings.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Project Management Experience:

• 3 - 6 years project management experience
• HR/IT project experience preferred
• SuccessFactors implementation experience strongly preferred
• PMP desired

Communications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tools:

• MS Office
