SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant - Remote

Job Description

As a Reporting Consultant you’ll partner with experienced architects and consultants to design, build, and maintain reports to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making processes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, has a knack for analytics, and is eager to deepen their technical skills in SAP cloud technologies.
 

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position will likely be $82,000 - $115,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will not have direct reports at this time

Duties/Responsibilities

-Design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning modules.
-Perform data analysis and transformations needed for ad-hoc reporting requests.
-Help build repeatable reporting assets and dashboards that provide insight into HR data.
-Work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Conduct data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
-Provide support and training to HR and business users on report usage and interpretation.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and implement enhancements.
-Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies when handling employee information.

Required Skills/Abilities:

-Experience (professional or academic) in data analytics, reporting, or systems integration is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to dissect data issues and propose solutions.
-Familiarity with at least one scripting or query language (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy, SQL) or an eagerness to learn.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clients.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
-Up to 2 years of relevant work experience (co-ops, internships, or full-time roles) in analytics, data integration, or HR technology preferred.
-Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (any module) or other HRIS/ERP platforms.
