Job Summary: 

As Prime Program Manager, you will manage multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations. You will be working closely with Delivery Managers and project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are on track. 

Location: 
This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000 depending on experience. In some cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Managing milestone and project planning assets to align project teams and facilitate status reports to a variety of stakeholder groups. 
  • Work with Delivery Manager counterparts to ensure resource and capacity for project success is maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with project teams for applicable risk, action item and decision tracking and ownership to ensure successful project stage gates.
• Financial Management
  • Track and monitor project financials to preserve profitability of engagements. 
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency and impacts to budget based on project decisions. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally with HRIS implementations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SuccessFactors experience preferred
• Smartsheet experience is a plus
• Projector experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain relationships with people at all levels of an organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
