SuccessFactors Integrations Lead - Remote

Job Description

As the Integration Lead specializing in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cutting-edge SAP integration solutions, with a focus on SuccessFactors and HRMS systems. You will collaborate with industry-leading architects and global clients to deliver innovative integration solutions while leveraging the latest SAP technologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role will not have direct reports at this time.

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000. However, compensation below or above that range may be offered depending on experience. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions, including SuccessFactors integrations with various systems.
• Collaborate with architects to deliver integration iFlows for global clients.
• Utilize SAP tools such as BIB, Integration Center, and other SAP Cloud Platform technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior integration consultants, fostering their professional growth.
• Partner with SAP and industry leaders to define and solve complex integration challenges.
• Conduct requirements research and develop proof-of-concept ideas to address client needs.
• Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations using SAP CPI or equivalent tools.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented development and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as **Java**, **Groovy**, and **JavaScript**.
• Solid foundation in SAP CPI and Boomi, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive approach, strong sense of urgency, and focus on delivering results.

Education and Experience: 

• Certification in SAP Integration (CPI or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferred
• Knowledge or experience with SAP Cloud Platform is a plus.
• 6-8 years in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations is preferred
