Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Job Description

As Prime Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multi-module SuccessFactors implementations at a national and global level. You will be working closely with Veritas Prime Executive Sponsors and project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are on track.

Areas of focus within this role can include;

• Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management, Module leads, configuration and development teams to design the best solution to our clients

• Facilitates discussions on leading practice concepts for project related HR topics

• Evaluates project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions

• Analyzes business impact that technical choices may have on client's business processes

• Supervises, guides and provides strategic direction to configuration & development teams (all modules)

• Hands-on configuration to supplement teams. Act as a Module Lead for selected projects, owning the configuration and team.

• Mentors Module Leads and consultants

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Project Management & Delivery Experience:

• 6 - 10 years Consulting & Global delivery experience

• Extensive client facing experience

SAP SuccessFactors Experience / Technical skills

• Understands SuccessFactors data models, XML, integration technologies, data conversion strategy & concepts

• Preferred certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Preferred certifications in at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules – Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Performance Management

• Preferred module lead experience in at least 5 implementations in two or more modules within the last 5 years

• Nice to have certifications or knowledge in the following modules – Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Employee Service Center

Communications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Tools:

• Smartsheets, MS Office

• Proficiency in project management software tools
