This is a hybrid in-office/work from home position based out of our office in Shawnee, KS. 

Job Summary:
As a Product Lead, you will be an integral part of the Products and Innovations team and will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building products within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be working in a cross-functional team with Product Architects, Sales, Marketing, and development team members to ensure that all requirements and deadlines are on track.  

Areas of focus within this role include documenting features and development requirements, managing client and partner relationships, manage application roadmap and vision, and help to ensure quality controls.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and milestones.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and partnership needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to advocate for development schedules and delivery.
• Drive product marketing including working with public relations team, sales, and other product management team members.
• Manage client deployment/onboarding. Ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and contracted schedules are maintained. 
• Utilize tools such as Jira or Figma as part of the software development process.
• Work with external clients and stake holders to gather and align requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and help outline corrective action for given problems.
• Create and archive all necessary documentation related to assigned requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant software management and/or development experience required. 
• Experience managing client/partner relationships.

• Proven successful track record in a products team.

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
