Senior Sales Leader South/Regulated

SAP SuccessFactors & BPaaS

The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for driving regional revenue growth and building a high-performance enterprise sales organization focused on SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll & Benefits BPaaS, software resale, and HR transformation services.

This leader owns regional P&L, go-to-market execution, pipeline development, and SAP field alignment. The role partners closely with presales, marketing, delivery, payroll operations, and SAP to drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and long-term customer value.

 

Key Responsibilities


Revenue & Go-to-Market Leadership

 

  • Full P&L ownership for regional revenue across software resale, BPaaS services, implementation, and managed services
  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy aligned with SAP field leadership
  • Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and services-led growth
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and execution rigor

 

 

Sales Team Leadership

 

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales executives
  • Establish strong operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, deal strategy)
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Build a culture of accountability, coaching, and execution

 

 

SAP & Partner Ecosystem

 

  • Serve as executive partner to SAP AEs, CSMs, and regional leadership
  • Drive joint account planning and partner-led territory strategy
  • Represent the company in SAP executive relationships and ecosystem initiatives

 

 

Enterprise Sales Execution

 

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries
  • Position long-term transformation roadmaps, BPaaS, and managed services not just software

 

Required Experience

 

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales leadership
  • Proven success leading regional or national sales teams
  • Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, payroll/benefits, or enterprise services
  • Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)

 

Strongly Preferred

 

  • SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • Payroll, benefits, or BPaaS domain expertise
  • Regulated industry and services-led sales experience

 

 

Leadership Profile

 

  • A builder with strong execution discipline, executive credibility, and a passion for scaling high-performing sales teams in complex, high-growth environments.
