Regional Sales Leader (CE Director)
Region: Northeast / Canada
The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for driving regional revenue growth and building a high-performing enterprise sales organization focused on SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll & Benefits BPaaS, software resale, and HR transformation services.
This role owns regional P&L, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution, working closely with SAP field leadership and internal presales, marketing, delivery, and payroll teams to drive new logo acquisition and enterprise expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership across software resale, BPaaS, implementation, and managed services
- Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy aligned with SAP
- Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise expansion, and services-led growth
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution rigor
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of enterprise sales executives
- Serve as executive partner to SAP AEs, CSMs, and regional leadership
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and regulated industries
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading regional or national enterprise sales teams
- Track record closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience selling SaaS, HR technology, payroll/benefits, or enterprise services
- Strong partner ecosystem experience (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to scale pipeline, bookings, and revenue
Preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Payroll, benefits, BPaaS, or managed services expertise
- Services and implementation sales leadership background
Leadership Profile: A hands-on builder with strong execution discipline, executive credibility, and a passion for scaling elite sales teams in high-growth environments.
