Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Prime Sales Senior Account Executive will play a key role in driving the company's sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and expanding our customer base. As a Prime Sales Senior Account Executive, you will lead on new and existing business for key strategic accounts and industries, key business initiatives to drive revenue growth and sales performance across the business and play a key role in meeting the organisations revenue goals. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Nature & Scope
- Close new and existing business in line with sales targets
- Develop, implement and execute sales strategies to support achievement of company revenue goals and objectives.
- Significant ownership of achievement of company overall sales target
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales process for key strategic Midmarket and Large Enterprise accounts across New and Existing Business
- Support training and development of junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Delivery and Support, to independently run deals, manage pricing strategies and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively represent the company's software offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ecosystem stakeholders, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in deal execution and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for quota attainment and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- Five years of experience of software sales in tier-1 HR software solutions
- Experience of leading and closing end-to-end enterprise deals
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Knowledge of SAP products and services
