Job Description

As a Prime Recruiting & Onboarding Senior Specialist, you will support and enhance the recruiting and onboarding processes at Veritas Prime by managing complex coordination, streamlining systems, and improving candidate and new hire experiences. You will serve as a key operational partner to hiring managers and contribute to reporting, compliance, and project work.

Location:

This is a remote postion (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range: 

The salary for this position will likely be $100,00 - $127,500. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Conduct HR screens and suggest recommendations for screening templates.
• Assist with sourcing strategies and initial outreach to candidates for high-priority roles.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates during the interview and onboarding process, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
• Assist with onboarding logistics and communications, ensuring readiness for new hire orientation and first-week integration.
• Conduct offer calls and create and send offer approvals and letters.
• Track and analyze key recruiting and onboarding metrics to identify process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and onboarding platforms.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support hiring plans and process changes.
• Support employer branding efforts such as career fairs, recruiting events, and social media presence.
• Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for internal stakeholders regarding recruiting and onboarding workflows and best practices.
• Assist in other HR areas as needed.
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in candidate-facing interactions.
• Natural ability to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and/or onboarding tools highly preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Process improvement mindset and comfortable suggesting and testing new workflows.
• Strong customer service orientation and discretion with confidential data.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a SAAS environment
• Experience in professional services or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Relevant professional certification preferred but not required
• Experience with SAP SFX Recruiting Module desired

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
