Job Summary: 

As a Project Administrator at Veritas Prime, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities across various teams. You will assist in organizing project tasks, monitoring timelines, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This role is designed for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting successful project outcomes.

 

Location: 
This position will work from our Portland, ME office, with the option to work 2 days per week from home. Please note that this office will be moving to Yarmouth in the near future. 

 

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will not have direct reports at this time

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program/Project Managers in developing project documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring all project deliverables are on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, action items, and project/milestone plans.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is stored securely and is easily accessible to relevant team members.
  • Act as a liaison between project team members, ensuring that all parties are informed of project updates and changes.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on project tasks and follow up with team members as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
  • Support Program Management Office Leadership in departmental activities and administrative tasks.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in a support role within a project management environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus but not necessary.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
