Prime F&A Analyst 

Location:
This position will ideally sit in our Portland, Maine office. We will also consider having this position located in our Shawnee, KS or Orlando, FL offices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct reports.

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks for the F&A department. This person will ideally be very organized and bring prior experience working in a growing finance and accounting department. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Quickbooks allocating and reviewing
• Monthly Invoice creation
• Accounts Receivable work
• Accounts Payable work
• Projector General Ledger and AR transactions
• Projector/Quickbooks Accounting Reconciliation
• Intercompany Invoicing and Revenue flow through
• Setting up new projects in Projector.

Education and Experience:

• Accounting experience (2-3 years)
• Accounting/Financial related major
• Accounting software/Quickbooks experience

Physical Requirements:
This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
