Part-Time SuccessFactors Reporting (WFA) Contractor- Remote

Job Description

As a SuccessFactors Reporting (WFA) Contractor, you will serve as a primary expert in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA), owning all technical configuration, troubleshooting, and support activities. You will be responsible for managing WFA-related SAP tickets, designing and maintaining complex analytics structures, and enabling both internal teams and clients to leverage meaningful insights from their HR data. Your certified technical expertise will be critical in supporting sales, delivery, and ongoing client success.

Hourly Rate:

• The hourly rate will likely be $110 - $160 per hour, but is up for discussion and will be dependent on experience.

Schedule:

• This is a part-time contractor role at approximately 10 hours per week.

Location: 

• This is a remote position within the United States.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA), supporting both internal and external clients.

• Own the SAP ticketing process for WFA-related issues; open and manage support cases requiring certified technical resources.

• Design and implement complex queries, metrics, and reports using WFA and ORD (Online Report Designer).

• Provide troubleshooting and resolution for configuration issues in WFA, including data mapping, validation, and transformation logic.

• Partner with sales, reporting, and functional consulting teams to scope new WFA work and support proposals or client demos.

• Lead or support WFA implementation or optimization projects, including initial configuration, upgrades, or enhancements.

• Maintain and document WFA configuration and related technical assets for reusability and ongoing maintenance.

• Train internal staff on WFA capabilities, limitations, and best practices to build internal capacity.

• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and WFA technical certification requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics – Technical Certification is required.

• Deep expertise in WFA schema design, measure and dimension creation, and calculated metrics.

• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data structures, particularly Employee Central and related modules.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, transformation issues, and front-end visualization problems.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across technical and functional teams.

• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to own and drive workstreams independently.

• Experience working in a client-facing role or cross-functional team setting is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in analytics/reporting roles, with at least 2 years in SAP SuccessFactors WFA Technical configuration.

• Prior experience managing SAP tickets or serving as a technical liaison with SAP is strongly preferred.
