Job Summary:
As a Prime Finance & Administration Senior Manager, you will be focused on ensuring the preparation and reporting of timely, high quality, and accurate financial reporting. This role is closely tied to key finance and operational activities in Veritas Prime Finance & Administration and/or BPO Operations. You will be in charge of implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Location:
Orlando, FL (hybrid remote work will be considered on a case by case basis, after an initial 90 day probationary period fully in office)

Duties/Responsibilities:
Closing and reporting of different ledgers; 
Reviewing balance sheets; 
Processing invoices and expenses; 
Using digital tools to improve data collection, reporting, and processing of Accounting and Operational activities; 
Complying with policies, procedures and regulations; 
Researching/resolving issues with BPO clients and accounts; 
Researching and discovering cost savings; 
Demonstrating fiscal accountability; 
Evaluating financial performance;
Ensuring tax documents are filed; 
Overseeing A/P and A/R;
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods;
Reconciling bank accounts, books and credit accounts;
You will work with leadership to plan for short and long-term goals; 
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company; 
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and vendors.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have the ability to lead business projects assigned including leveraging technology, 
Implementing company policies, 
Assisting in onboarding new accounts for BPO clients

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required;  Master’s Degree preferred
MS Office

Physical Requirements:
This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Possibly some travel but no more than 10%
