BPaaS Service Readiness Analyst

  • Participate in BPaaS payroll deployment projects from configuration to go-live

  • Perform QA validation on testing, tax / garn / payment configurations, and post-payroll service feeds

  • Support functional testing for parallel processing, check printing, EFT, and garnishment files

  • Review and document payroll/tax issues, escalate risks, and track resolutions

  • Collaborate with technical and functional leads to validate process readiness

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

  • Partner with internal and client teams for UAT and post-go-live suppor

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of payroll processing or tax experience

  • Understanding of Payroll and Tax processes

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience reconciling Excel spreadsheets and lookups

  • Motivated to grow and contribute in a high-growth environment

  • Experience in QA, testing, or implementation preferred

  • Based in or near Lake Mary, FL, with office presence as needed
