Veritas Prime is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Engagement (Sales) Account Manager in the USA on the East Coast - Miami, Cairibbean

Job Description

  • Lead the development of a designated territory, including accounts, account relationships; prospect profiling, and sales cycles.  Develop relationships with the appropriate SAP channels to facilitate the sales cycle with prospective Veritas Prime customers.
     
  • Foster executive relationships with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations, and meeting our company commitments to have customers for life.
     
  • Develop customer proposals, presentations, and statements of work for opportunities assigned in the respective territory.
     
  • Create a sales plan using the Veritas Prime client engagement strategy to identify and qualify opportunities to drive pipeline generation.  This would include organizing and driving client events such as webinars, customer round tables, customer user groups meetings, industry conferences or any other direct and indirect sales and marketing initiatives.  Develop yearly budget for sales plan and get appropriate approvals and budget commitments based on the sales plan.
     
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.   Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.
     
  • Achieve / exceed quota sales targets for services and software sales.
  • Work with other client engagement team members to coordinate and execute on overall sales strategies, processes, and relationship development

Education and Experience

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Sales Experience
  • 2-3+ years of quota carrying enterprise software applications sales experience
  • Cloud Software Sales / License Experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of success and quota achievement.
  • Management of large, complex sales cycles
  • Experience in both new business development and managing existing accounts.
  • Experienced in SAP or HCM products preferred.
  • Experience selling to CHROs, HR Directors and CFOs preferred.
