Integrations Lead Consultant- Remote

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL. 

Job Description

As the Integrations Lead, you will be an integral part of the Integration Center of Excellence team and will be responsible for the successful completion of integration projects. You will be actively participating in all lifecycle phases (bid, design/requirements, build, test, and go- live). You will be working closely with Delivery Managers and project team members to ensure that all integration requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Areas of focus within this role include managing requirements and scope, build/test complex integration flows, manage assigned project resources, and ensure quality control to facilitate a successful go-live. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Assist with project bid discussions and estimates 

• Assist Client Engagement with sales related questions, demos, and fact finding 

• Lead client facing meetings to drive all lifecycle phases 

• Build complex integration flows within CPI or Boomi middleware 

• Develop and execute test plans for complex integration flows 

• Manage any assigned integration resources 

• Create and archive all necessary documentation related to each integration developed 

• Lead knowledge transfer sessions related to integrations projects or tool sets 

• Mentor junior resources and assist with professional development 
 

Qualifications: 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant integrations/middleware experience required 
 

Experience: 

• 4-5 years of experience working with complex CPI or Boomi integration projects 

• Experience working in SuccessFactors. Active Certifications not required, but is a plus 

• Experience working with web APIs. Specifically, SFAPI, SF OData, any SOAP/REST API 

• Moderate skill level with Microsoft Office required 

• Advanced Excel desired 

• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately 

• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills 

• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment 

• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment 

• Willingness for flexible scheduling to meet processing demands 

• Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and a solid focus on results
