Job Summary:
The Client Engagement Executive (CEE) is a key contact for our clients ensuring their needs are being met and helping them understand the full potential of their SuccessFactors subscription and our services. This ranges from support for their SuccessFactors needs to individual offerings from Veritas Prime.  They will act as a liaison between the client, solution consultants, and Client Engagement team. 
This is a remote position, or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.


  • 3+ experience in human resources/human experience management
  • 3+ experience working with SuccessFactors technology
  • Multiple years experience managing complex customer engagements or other customer facing experience
  • A self starter, with energy, drive and a passion for helping customers succeed
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presence with a demonstrated track record of influencing C-Suite and customer executive stakeholders
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong critical thinking skills



  • CEEs have overall responsibility of assigned cloud customer accounts
  • This includes account management strategies, developing and managing engagement and expansion plans, and delivery of Cloud Success Services to ensure consumptions and product adoption growth within assigned customers
  • Work with customer key stakeholders and decision makers to develop their cloud strategy and identify key KPIs to maximize the value of their SAP Cloud Solutions
  • Understand customers business model, priorities, objectives to develop a Cloud Governance Model and drive execution and tracking of established KPIs and value realization
  • Provide leading practice guidance and thought leadership to customers around their SAP HXM (SuccessFactors) cloud solutions to drive consumption and adoption
  • Develop and execute a proactive customer-first renewal and expansion plan in conjunction with other internal Veritas Prime team members, as well as key SAP account team members
  • Drive commercial opportunity development (including growth and qualification of pipeline in conjunction with assigned Account Executives) and accurate forecasting of the renewal and network growth opportunities
  • Be familiar with the client, their system, roadmap, environment, culture, plans, etc.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency; resourcing process
  • Drive customer enablement
  • Share best practices for rollout prep and change management support
  • Have visibility into implementation progress and risk
  • Drive resolution of escalations 
  • Celebrate Go-Live
