Location:
This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.
Job Summary:
The Change Management Lead will work on client Implementations to our customers to help deploy SaaS SAP and SuccessFactors platforms. They will work with a client’s organization to help solve challenges and build better business processes. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of changes for each of our implementation clients. Additionally, the Change Management Lead is responsible for building and maintaining the Change Management strategy and best practices across projects and programs under the oversight of our Solution Governance Team.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $138,000 - $163,000.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will/will not have direct reports at this time
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess change requirements and develop tailored change management strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and execute detailed change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and leaders to navigate through change effectively.
- Implement measurement and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the success of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Offer expertise and advice on best practices in change management methodologies and tools.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, fostering a culture of openness and receptiveness to change.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to upskill and implement traditional change management capabilities such as Organizational Change Management Strategy & Planning, Change Impact Assessments, Readiness Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement, Communications (Strategy, Planning and Implementation), Training (Strategy, Planning and Delivery).
- Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of adult learning solutions designed for the modern learner.
- Experience working with existing learning tech and strategy infrastructure, and familiarity with a wide range of learning development tools.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to provide solutions to enable leaders and managers to drive their transformation agendas by addressing the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Identify and address skill gaps through customized training initiatives.
- Partner with Module Lead Subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Maintain Training Materials repository to be consistent and updated with each platform release.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the impact of changes, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular reports to clients on the progress and effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
- Experience in conducting impact assessments, developing change management plans, and measuring outcomes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree highly preferred.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, SAP SuccessFactors desired
- Proven experience (5 years) in change management roles.
- Execution of Survey tools and reporting tools such as Qualtrics highly desired.
